Once again we've been to a show located at a reasonable distance from home (15 km approx.); the SSRK's show at Dingtuna. Despite nearly two weeks of illness, I had no choice but to keep up with the pace inside the ring, one "lap" after the other. This time we also brought Kylie's daughter, Flisan, who made her debut in the ring. No high hopes there, but I was surprised when I managed to get her to move (wagging her tail I could just forget about, one has to settle for those little things) AND she was awarded a 1st prize in quality! She was later one of the remaining six but was excused (totally understandable). Her critique, however, wasn't too bad: " Excellent type. Nice bitch head with nice expression. Good bite and ears. Excellent proportions height-length. Appropriately boned, nice feet, good hocks. Enough forechest. Cautiously positive. Moves with good stride, a bit narrow behind. Excellent coat." Flisan can now be found on the Proud of... page. Bruno and Kylie both won 4th place in their respective classes, Kylie was also awarded CK! I really enjoy showing Bruno again, these days he moves very well and happily around the ring.
